The Antiochian Orthodox Church reached out to Osuna Engineering to provide technical services for their expansion project. Our role is to deliver a full package of surveying, mapping, and civil engineering plans to prepare the site for development and ensure a smooth permitting process.

Boundary and Partial Topographic Survey – Establishing accurate property lines, elevations, and terrain features to guide site planning and design.
Drone Survey – Leveraging advanced aerial mapping to capture high-resolution imagery and measurements for detailed site analysis.
Grading and Drainage Plan – Designing earthwork and water flow systems to prevent flooding, erosion, and compliance issues.
Stormwater Treatment Plan – Creating systems to manage runoff and protect the local watershed, in alignment with environmental regulations.
Erosion and Sediment Control Plan – Ensuring soil stability and water quality during and after construction.
